Ada tiga MoU yang diteken oleh Menteri ESDM Bahlil Lahadalia dan Menteri Energi dan Sains & Teknologi di Kementerian Perdagabgan dan Industri Singapura, Tan See Leng. Adapun nilai dari tiga MoU ini disebut tidak kurang dari USD 10 miliar.

Pertama, ada MoU tentang Zona Industri Berkelanjutan. Nota kesepahaman ini bertajuk Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on the Sustainable Industrial Zone.

Kedua, MoU Interkoneksi dan Perdagangan Listrik Lintas Batas, Teknologi Energi Terbarukan dan Rendah Karbon, serta Efisiensi dan Konservasi Energi. Ini bertajuk Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of The Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on Cross-Border Electricity Interconnection and Trading, Renewable and Low-Carbon Energy Technologies, Energy Efficiency and Conservation.

Ketiga, MoU Kerja Sama dalam Penangkapan dan Penyimpanan Karbon Lintas Batas. Bagian ink bertajuk Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Trade and Industry of The Republic of Singapore on Coopertion in Cross Border Carbon Capture and Storage.
